As far back as the early 1900s, Admiral has been a brand that is dedicated to providing quality clothing, namely sportswear, on an international scale. Reaching its peak in the 1970s and early 1980s thanks to a number of sponsorships from prestigious football teams, the company signed a contract with the English FA to produce to the first commercially available England shirts.
After that, a rapid expansion meant that they went on to be the official kit supplier to the England Cricket team alongside providing shirts for the South African and West Indies cricket teams. At present, they continue to supply kits for Leeds United, Bristol City and others. In 2011, the company launched a sportswear range for the public with the establishment of Admiral Sportswear and then in 2012 came Admiral Gold – a menswear range influenced by the company’s heritage.
Most recently, the company has introduced a range of male grooming and toiletries that have been grown from a love of high-quality ingredients, locally grown and influenced by some of Britain’s best country gardens and superfoods.
With this launch comes the Face of Admiral 2017 and you could be the face that represents this new direction. Admiral is looking for someone who embodies the brand and who can connect with over 100 years of British sporting heritage while being the perfect model for a grooming range that combines classic styling with modern elements.
